VisitScotland’s Welcome Schemes guide visitors with particular interests to the best providers, accommodation and services for their interest or hobby.
There is a wide variety of existing schemes that have been developed which recognise the special efforts made by operators to provide for visitors to Scotland. In addition to the ‘Walkers Welcome’ and ‘Cyclists Welcome’ scheme, there are similar schemes for those interested in researching their ancestors, film crews, classic cars, bikers and golfers to name but a few.
